We collect: (a) account info such as name, email, phone; (b) call metadata like caller numbers, time, duration, routing outcome; (c) optional recordings and transcripts; (d) billing details handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
We use information to operate AIVA, answer and route calls, generate call logs, manage subscriptions, reduce spam, improve the product, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with providers that enable the service—telephony carriers, cloud hosting, AI processors, payment processors, analytics tools. All vendors must protect your data. We may disclose data when legally required.
We retain data as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Limited encrypted backups may exist for a short period.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information. You can update most data within your dashboard. For privacy requests, contact our support email.
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption, encrypted storage through our providers, access controls, and least-privilege internal permissions. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard protections.
AIVA Connect is not intended for children under 16. We delete such data if discovered.
